Here at YITC, we recognise the importance of raising awareness of mental health issues in the workplace and how early identification of stress triggers at work can benefit both employees and employers alike.

Mindfulness in the Workplace

This 3 hour workshop is designed to help you recognise the signs of stress, anxiety and depression, and how to use mindfulness-based practices to restore psychological wellbeing.

Mindfullness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)

Developing a mindfulness practice has a huge impact on wellbeing, increasing feelings of calm, resilience and a greater sense of positivity. This 6 week course is designed to help you create that positive vibe.

Practice with like-minded individuals within a relaxing and peaceful setting, helping you to be a calmer, more relaxed version of you.
